TOWN OF GODFREY, THE BOARD OF TOWN TRUSTEES met at the office of the Town Clerk at 6810 GODFREY ROAD on May 2, 2006.
Roll Call:
Douglas M. Mueller, Supervisor Pamela E. Whisler, Town Clerk
Maurice Juhlin, Trustee Eldon C. Williams, Trustee
Michael J. Walters, Trustee Mark Stewart, Trustee
Michael J. McCormick, Trustee Jeff Weber, Trustee
The Godfrey Town Board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Mueller on May 2, 2006, at 6:30 p.m. at the Godfrey Town Hall, 6810 Godfrey Road, Godfrey, IL.
Michael McCormick moved table approval of the minutes of April 4, 2006 to the next meeting due to mail delivery, seconded by Michael Walters. Poll of Board: Ayes-7, Nays-0, Absent-0. Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS
Michael Walters moved for the approval of the April 2006 Township bills as follows:
General Fund $9,173.16
General Assistance Fund $2,774.67
Social Security Fund $ 0.00
Audit Fund $ 0.00
Insurance Fund $3,678.00
IMRF Fund $1,182.73
Seconded by Jeff Weber. Roll Call Vote: Ayes-Juhlin, Williams, Walters, Stewart, McCormick, Weber, Mueller. Nays-None, Absent-None. Motion carried.

BANK DEPOSITORY APPROVAL
Supervisor Mueller presented the following depositories for the 2006-2007 Township funds:
Liberty Bank, Regions, Reliance, IPTIP,
First Community Bank of Godfrey
Jeff Weber moved for the approval of the 2005-2006 Bank Depositories as presented, seconded by Maurice Juhlin. Michael Walters, Mark Stewart and Michael McCormick recused themself from the consideration. Roll Call Vote: Ayes-Juhlin, Williams, Weber, Mueller. Nays-None, Recused- Walters, Stewart, McCormick. Absent-None. Motion carried.
OPEN FORUM-PUBLIC
Clerk Whisler reminded the Board of Trustees of a Public Hearing and Special Meeting, May 16, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. for the consideration of the Township Budget.
Michael Walters moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:37 p.m., seconded by Mark Stewart. Poll of Board: Ayes-7, Nays-0, Absent-0. Motion carried.
