TOWN OF GODFREY, THE BOARD OF TOWN TRUSTEES met at the office of the Town Clerk at 6810 GODFREY ROAD on October 3, 2006.
Roll Call:

The Godfrey Town Board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Mueller on October 3, 2006, at 6:30 p.m. at the Godfrey Town Hall, 6810 Godfrey Road, Godfrey, IL.
Jeff Weber moved for the approval of the minutes of September 5, 2006 meeting, seconded by Michael McCormick. Poll of Board: Ayes-6, Nays-0, Absent-1. Motion carried
APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS
Maurice Juhlin moved for the approval of the September 2006 Township bills as follows:

COMMUNICATIONS
Supervisor Mueller reported on the November 7, 2006 Election.
Clerk Whisler reported on the Early Voting process beginning October 16, 2006 at Village Hall.
HEALTH INSURANCE RENEWAL
Supervisor Mueller reported on the Health Insurance renewal application for the Township. The premium rates have increased $50.71 per employee for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois renewal November 1, 2006. Jerry Gibson moved to accept the new premiums at a cost of $416.14 per employee. Seconded by Mike McCormick. Roll Call Vote: Ayes-Juhlin, Williams, McCormick, Weber, Gibson, Mueller. Nays-None, Absent-Stewart. Motion carried.
CONFERENCE COST FOR SUPERVISOR OFFICE STAFF
Supervisor Mueller presented the request for the Supervisor and Supervisor Assistant to attend TOI Annual Conference in Peoria, Illinois, November 13-15, 2006 at a cost of $1240. Maurice Juhlin moved for approval for Supervisor and Supervisor Assistant to attend TOI Annual Conference in Peoria, Illinois to cover cost for registration, lodging, food, and mileage at a approximate costof $1240. Seconded by Jerry Gibson. Roll Call Vote: Ayes-Juhlin, Williams, McCormick, Weber, Gibson, Mueller. Nays-None, Absent-Stewart. Motion carried.
TRUSTEE FORUM
Jeff Weber asked Supervisor Mueller regarding the Liberty Bank refund on interest shorted to the Township. The Trustees recommended that the Supervisor ask for the interest shortage refund from Liberty Bank.
PUBLIC FORUM
Dennis O’Neal, 5911 Vollmer Lane, asked if the Township had sought bids for the Employees Health Insurance for competitive rates. Supervisor Mueller reported that the Township had bid the health insurance 3 year ago.
Michael McCormick moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:38 p.m., seconded by Eldon Williams. Poll of Board: Ayes-6, Nays-0, Absent-1. Motion carried.
